What is AccessOne Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

AccessOne Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counseling and referral service designed to help companies and their employees. If you have relationship problems, family distress, money and legal issues or any other type of problem we are available to help. Best of all, AccessOne EAP is a benefit to you and there is no charge to you or members of your household.


How can Accessone EAP help me?

AccessOne was developed because employers realize that personal problems can affect an employee's entire life, including job performance. You may voluntarily and confidentially utilize your benefits, or be referred by a supervisor. If you have questions, please contact one of our EAP specialists at (423) 697-3808 or (800) 568-6294.


Who can use your services?

Through contract with your employer, you or any member of your immediate household may use our services free of charge.


Is my problem covered by your services?

AccessOne provides assistance with a variety of issues including emotional, behavioral, financial and legal. If you have questions about coverage, please contact one of our EAP specialists at (423) 697-3808 or (800) 568-6294.


What is the cost of using AccessOne EAP?

There is no cost to you for our services. AccessOne EAP is a free benefit provided to you and your immediate family members by your employer.


How do I gain access to your services?

You or any member of your household may access your benefits by calling AccessOne EAP at (423) 697-3808 or (800) 568-6294. Someone will ask you the nature of your problem in order to match you with a counselor specializing in your area of need. You may also request that someone contact you to schedule an appointment by e-mail. Be sure to indicate when and where you can be reached to discuss your appointment. Our EAP specialists are available to schedule appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Will my employer know if I use your services?

No. All information is confidential, neither your employer nor your co-workers will have any knowledge of your request for help. AccessOne EAP respects your right to privacy! We will not disclose any information without your permission. Your company will be provided with a quarterly statistical report reflecting the use of our services. This report does not identify employees in any way.


Will I talk to a live person if I have questions about your services?

Yes, we work when you work. Our EAP Specialists are available to assist you with making an appointment 24 hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, 365 Days a Year


Will I meet face to face with a counselor?

Yes. We conduct our counseling sessions face to face, not over the phone.


Do you provide services to people who don't speak English?

Yes.
